Fishing on Galveston Island

This is one of two fish that was caught and released by one our campers at Jamaica Beach RV Park on Galveston Island. This red fish which was caught just the other day  in the bay and was about 27#. There is always some great fishing on Galveston Island. You can bay and jetty fish on one of the locale fishing boats for as little as $25 for a half a day, your catch may include:redfish, black drum, sting ray, and sharks.
